4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Scraping or harvesting data from the platform
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional content
- Manipulating ratings or reviews
- Using automated systems or bots
5. Content Ownership
When you submit content to Review Dibo (including reviews, photos, comments, or other materials), you grant us:
- A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
- The right to sublicense your content to third parties
- Permission to use your username and profile in connection with your content
You retain ownership of your content, but you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Content Removal
Review Dibo reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on third-party rights
- Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Review Dibo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
We do not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of user-generated content and are not responsible for any decisions made based on reviews or information on our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Dibo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Loss of business opportunities
- Damage to reputation
- Personal injury or property damage
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review Dibo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
